- Keywords (Meta):
Keywords are also part of the on-page SEO and are extremely important. The basic idea behind on-page SEO is to include your keyword and variations of it in your website content. It is not necessary to put these keywords only in your content, include them also in the title, headings, links, and meta tags.
- Internal Links:
Another on-page factor is internal links. It is a great idea to have internal links linking one page of your website to another. This helps the search engines and also your visitors find different pages on your website.
- External Links (Back Links):
This is one of the most important factors for off-page SEO. It is essential to get as many external links to your website as possible. Each link is counted as a vote for your website. The more votes, the higher the page is ranked.
- KeywordDensity:
The keyword density is the number of times a particular keyword is found on the webpage. The ideal density is 6%-8% because any higher percentage than this is seen by the search engines as spamming. Anything less than 6% will not be picked up by the search engines.
